Step 1: Find a Quiet Space
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Step 2: Deepen Your Relaxation
As you continue breathing, imagine a warm, golden light surrounding you. With each breath, feel your body becoming more relaxed. Start counting down from 10 to 1, allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with each number.
Step 3: Access Your Subconscious Mind
Now, visualize yourself in a safe, peaceful place—perhaps a beach, a meadow, or a cozy room. This is your inner sanctuary where healing happens.
Step 4: Releasing the Old Belief
Imagine in front of you is a large, heavy book labeled "Love = Pain." This book represents the old belief that has held you back.
Gently pick up the book, acknowledging its presence.
Now, visualize a bright, healing light shining down, dissolving the book into golden dust.
As the book disappears, feel a deep sense of relief and release.
Step 5: Reprogramming with Positive Beliefs
Now, repeat (in your mind or out loud) powerful affirmations:
"I release the past and open my heart to love that is healthy and fulfilling."
"I am worthy of love that feels safe, kind, and joyful."
"Love brings me happiness, connection, and peace."
As you say each affirmation, imagine the words glowing in golden light and gently absorbing into your heart.
Step 6: Visualizing Healthy Love
Picture yourself in a loving, harmonious relationship. Imagine feeling safe, cherished, and appreciated. Notice the warmth, laughter, and support in this vision. Let yourself fully experience these emotions.
